10. Summary of the thesis results:

Firstly, it provides an overview of the situation and characteristics of Vietnam after 1954-1973, and the strategic tasks of the revolution after the Paris Agreement was signed.

Secondly, analyze the meticulous preparation process of the Vietnamese revolution in all aspects after the Paris Agreement: preparation of forces, logistics, and battlefield design.

Third, clarify the process of exploring the capabilities of the US and the Saigon government during the years 1973-1974, thereby clarifying the possibility of the United States returning to South Vietnam.

Finally, in the years 1973-1974, under the leadership of the Party, the army and people throughout the country strived to overcome difficulties to make urgent preparations; and by the end of 1974, the revolution in the South had met the necessary and sufficient conditions to liberate the South and unify the country.

- Thirdly, test of opponents' responses.
