Second, analyze the careful preparation process in all aspects of the Vietnamese revolution after the Paris Agreement: preparation of forces, logistics, and battlefield design.

Third, clarify the process of probing the capabilities of the US and the Saigon government in 1973-1974, thereby clarifying the possibility of the US returning to South Vietnam.

Finally, in the years 1973-1974 under the leadership of the Party, the army and people throughout the country tried to overcome difficulties to prepare urgently; and by the end of 1974, the Southern revolution had all the necessary and sufficient conditions to liberate the South and unify the country.
