* Thesis results:
One is, analyze and clarify the theoretical basis of promoting democracy at the communal level, the characteristics of promoting democracy at the communal level in building the socialist rule of law state of Vietnam.
Two is, evaluate the current situation of practicing and promoting democracy at the communal level in our country in recent years, both in terms of successes as well as limitations, shortcomings and causes of that situation.
Three is, propose and discuss directions and solutions to ensure continued promotion of democracy at the communal level in building a socialist rule-of-law state.
* The thesis has achieved the following new results:
- Contribute to supplementing and developing theoretical issues on promoting democracy at the communal level, the relationship between promoting democracy at the communal level and building the socialist rule of law state of Vietnam; clarifying the characteristics of promoting democracy at the communal level in building the socialist rule of law state of Vietnam.
- Assess the current situation, causes leading to successes and limitations of promoting democracy at the commune level in our country in recent years.
- Propose and analyze feasible directions and solutions to ensure continued promotion of democracy at the communal level in building a socialist rule-of-law state in Vietnam.
11. Practical application (if any)
With the results achieved, the thesis can be used as a reference for studying, researching and teaching the subject.Basic principles of Marxism-Leninismwithin the scope of relevant contents. The research results of the thesis can also be used by relevant State agencies from central to local levels (communes, wards, towns) as scientific arguments and reference materials to serve the development of specific solutions and measures to ensure continued promotion of democracy at the communal level to meet the requirements of building a socialist rule-of-law state in Vietnam.
