10. Summary of thesis results:
The thesis is the result of collecting, compiling, processing information, and analyzing land register documents of Chuong Duc district (Tran Son Nam Thuong) in the early 19th century through land register documents. In addition, the author exploited information in other sources such as books, steles, referred to research works of scientists with content related to the thesis and conducted field surveys. On that basis, using methods in historical science with the support of information technology in data processing, the thesis has sketched a realistic panorama of the scale of villages, land situation, and land ownership of Chuong Duc district in the early 19th century. The thesis focuses on analyzing the objective and subjective causes leading to the movement and change in the process of land ownership in the whole district, and at the same time, pointing out the impact of the land ownership situation on the economic, cultural and social life of the district in the early 19th century.

Practical applicability: (if any) The thesis provides a complete and systematic understanding of the ownership situation, structure, and characteristics of land in Chuong Duc district (Tran Son Nam Thuong) in the early 19th century; the changes and impacts up to the present. Summary of the findings of the thesis: This thesis is the result of the sources-collecting and statistical analysis of land registers of Chuong Duc Prefecture (Son Nam Thuong) in the Early 19th Century. In addition, the author exploits historical information from other sources such as ancient texts, epitaphs, research works that relate to the thesis topic as well as do fieldwork. Based on those sources, by historical methods, with support of information technology in data processing, the thesis has sketched out of the village scale, village land situation, land ownership in Chuong Duc Prefecture in the early 19th century. The paper focuses on analyzing the objective and subjective causes leading to the movement and change in the process of land property in Chuong Duc prefecture, and points out the influence of the land ownership situation on economic, cultural and social life in the area at the beginning of the 19th century.
