In Chapter 1, the author presented several concepts such as: the concept of office operations and the concept of office operation quality. Next, the author delved into the purposes, principles, and content of improving office operation quality, and the criteria for evaluating office operation quality. At the end of Chapter 1, the author presented legal regulations on office operation quality in hospitals, and then surveyed and evaluated office operation quality at Xanh Pôn General Hospital in Chapter 2.

In Chapter 2, the author provides an overview of the history, development, mission, and functions of Xanh Pôn General Hospital. Following this, the author delves into the quality of the hospital's office operations, including: document management and archiving; organization and service for meetings, conferences, and seminars; equipment management; and finally, the management of the hospital's physical infrastructure. In Chapter One, the author represents some concepts, such as: concept of office activity, concepts of office activity quality. Next, the author has searched deeply about purposes, principles, and contents in quality improvement of office activities, evaluation criteria of office activities. At the end of the chapter One, the author showed juridical basis about quality improvement of office activities at some hospitals, based on that the author has surveyed and evaluated the quality of Saint Paul Hospital 's office activities in Chapter Two.

In Chapter 2, the author generally represents the history forming and developing, mission and function of Saint Paul hospital. Then, the author deeply researched and surveyed about the situation of office activities quality at Saint Paul hospital, such as: documentation, conference or meeting serve and organization, equipment management, and the last one is facilities management. Since then, the author showed general evaluations about strong points, reasons for existing limitations at the hospital. These are theoretical basis of the thesis, based on that the author proposes some quality improving solutions of office activities in Chapter Three

The result of the thesis basically helps improve the quality of Saint Paul hospital 's office activities. And this thesis can become reference material for other organizations, hospitals in researching the ways how to improve the quality of office activities. However, the thesis is based on the survey at Saint Paul hospital, so it can be further researched at a wider scope to provide more practical basis.
