Chapter 1. Theoretical and legal basis on the quality of office activities
In Chapter 1, the author presented a number of concepts such as: the concept of office activities, the concept of office activity quality. Next, the author delves into the purposes, principles and contents of improving the quality of office activities, the criteria for assessing the quality of office activities. At the end of Chapter 1, the author provides legal regulations on the quality of office activities of hospitals, from which he surveys and assesses the quality of office activities at Xanh Pon General Hospital in Chapter 2.
Chapter 2. Survey and evaluation of the quality of room service activities of Xanh Pon General Hospital
In Chapter 2, the author presented an overview of the history of formation and development, tasks and functions of Xanh Pon General Hospital. Then, the author delved into the study and research on the quality of office activities of the Hospital such as: Document and archive work, organization and service of meetings, conferences and seminars, equipment management and finally the management of the hospital's facilities. From there, a general assessment of the advantages was made, pointing out the causes of the limitations that still exist at the hospital. This is the practical basis of the thesis, based on which the author has proposed a number of solutions to improve the quality of office activities in Chapter 3.

In Chapter 3 of the thesis, the author proposes a number of solutions to improve the quality of office operations at Xanh Pon General Hospital. Specifically, such as perfecting the organization of office operations, standardizing the quality of office personnel and solutions to improve the quality of office operations: tools to check and evaluate the quality of office operations. The purpose of all of the above solutions is to further improve the quality of office operations of the Hospital.
11. Practical application
The results of the thesis initially help to improve the quality of office activities at Xanh Pon General Hospital to achieve better results. And this can be a reference document for hospitals or other agencies and organizations to learn more solutions to improve the quality of office activities for their units.

Chapter 1. Juridical and theoretical basis about quality improvement of office activity
In Chapter One, the author represents some concepts, such as: concept of office activity, concepts of office activity quality. Next, the author has searched deeply about purposes, principles, and contents in quality improvement of office activities, evaluation criteria of office activities. At the end of the chapter One, the author showed juridical basis about quality improvement of office activities at some hospitals, based on that the author has surveyed and evaluated the quality of Saint Paul Hospital 's office activities in Chapter Two.
Chapter 2 Survey and evaluate the quality of Saint Paul Hospital 's office activities
In Chapter 2, the author generally represents the history forming and developing, mission and function of Saint Paul hospital. Then, the author deeply researched and surveyed about the situation of office activities quality at Saint Paul hospital, such as: documentation, conference or meeting serve and organization, equipment management, and the last one is facilities management. Since then, the author showed general evaluations about strong points, reasons for existing limitations at the hospital. These are theoretical basis of the thesis, based on that the author proposes some quality improving solutions of office activities in Chapter Three

11. Applicability in practice
In the Chapter Three, the author proposed some solutions in improving the quality of office activities at Saint Paul hospital, such as: improve the quality of employees, enhance the organizational structure, use some tools or software to evaluate the quality of office activities. Those will lead to a better organizational structure of the Office.
12. Further research directions
The result of the thesis basically helps improve the quality of Saint Paul hospital 's office activities. And this thesis can become reference material for other organizations, hospitals in researching the ways how to improve the quality of office activities. However, the thesis is based on the survey at Saint Paul hospital, so it can be further researched at a wider scope to provide more practical basis.
