This thesis highlights the current state of investor relations content on the websites of publicly traded companies through a survey of top publicly traded companies on the Vix50 and Forbes Global 2000 lists in 2021. The thesis also examines the advantages and disadvantages, thereby identifying key issues and proposing solutions for more effective investor relations content management on the websites of publicly traded companies in Vietnam. This contributes to building a reputable and professional relationship between investors and publicly traded companies amidst the explosion of media in the digital age – the internet.
To enhance the role of websites in building positive relationships with shareholders and potential investors, public companies in Vietnam need to improve content such as sustainable development and corporate governance, the role of senior leadership, analytical reports, and stock price analysis; apply technology to improve user experience on the website; and raise awareness among investors about website communication.
This thesis makes a significant contribution to website content management for investors, outlining metrics for investor relationship management, highlighting areas for improvement to better meet investor information needs, and ultimately helping public companies leverage the strengths of the internet in general and their official websites in particular to build strong relationships with shareholders and potential investors, thereby contributing significantly to the company's growth and development.

Hence, the goal of building a relationship between investors and public companies will be achieved in a reputable and professional manner in the context of the media boom in the current digital age - the internet era.
