The thesis consists of 3 chapters with the following basic contents:
Chapter 1. Theoretical basis for organizing and implementing corporate culture
In this chapter, the author outlines the theoretical basis of the basic concepts of Culture, cultural organization, principles of organizing Corporate Culture, as well as the role and responsibility of Corporate Culture for an agency/organization. This is the theoretical basis for comparing and evaluating the actual implementation of Corporate Culture in Chapter 2.
Chapter 2. Current status of implementing Corporate Culture at Hanoi Electricity Corporation (EVNHANOI)
In chapter 2, the author gives an overview of Hanoi Electricity Corporation. Surveys the current status of program planning, organizational apparatus for implementing Corporate Culture - Visual and non-visual manifestations. At the end of the chapter, evaluates the implementation results; advantages, limitations and causes in the organization and implementation of corporate culture. From there, proposes proposals and solutions in chapter 3.
Chapter 3. Proposed solutions to improve the organization and implementation of Corporate Culture at Hanoi Electricity Corporation
From the evaluation comments drawn at the end of chapter 2, the author makes some suggestions to contribute to the organization and implementation of corporate culture: raising awareness of the agency's culture; diversifying communication methods; building personal evaluation criteria and some criteria for department evaluation... Solving some problems mentioned in the limitations and causes section at the end of chapter 2
11. Practical application:
The thesis helps readers have an objective view and assessment of the role and responsibility of Corporate Culture of agencies and organizations in general and the implementation of Corporate Culture at EVNHANOI in particular. At the same time, the proposed solutions are the basis for agencies and organizations to refer to and issue appropriate internal rules and regulations to best implement corporate culture activities.
12. Further research directions:
From the research and survey on the implementation of corporate culture at Hanoi Electricity Corporation, it shows that the role of good corporate culture will create a friendly working environment, greatly affecting the company's image and production and business results. From there, we can build and perfect the orientation of research on solutions to contribute to improving the operational efficiency of organizations and administrative reform; making cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers perfect themselves, promote their full capacity, encourage them to enthusiastically devote themselves to their work, each person clearly sees their responsibility and always voluntarily fulfills their duties.

The thesis consists of 3 chapters with the following main contents:

Chapter 1. Theoretical basis of organization and implementation of corporate culture

In this chapter, the author outlines the theoretical basis of main concept about Culture, organized culture , organizing Corporate culture's principles, as well as role of Corporate culture to an agency/organization.

Chapter 2. Current status of implementing corporate culture at Hanoi Power Corporation (EVNHANOI)

In Chapter 2, the author gives an overview of EVNHANOI. Survey on the actual situation of setting planned-programs, operational apparatus to organize implementationCorporate culture - Visual and non-visual expression. At the end of this chapter, evaluate the performance; advantages, limitations and causes in the organization and implementation of corporate culture. Then, solutions are offered in Chapter 3

Chapter 3. Proposing solutions to improve the organization and implementation of Corporate Culture at EVNHANOI

From the above researches and surveys on the implementation of corporate culture at EVNHANOI, it shows that the role of a good corporate culture will create a friendly working environment, greatly affecting the company's image and business results.
