The thesis consists of 3 chapters with the following basic contents:
Chapter 1. Theoretical Basis for Implementing Corporate Culture
This chapter outlines the theoretical basis of fundamental concepts regarding culture, cultural organization, the principles of corporate culture organization, and the role and responsibilities of corporate culture within an organization. This serves as the theoretical foundation for comparing and evaluating the practical implementation of corporate culture in Chapter 2.
Chapter 2. Current Status of Corporate Culture Implementation at Hanoi Electricity Corporation (EVNHANOI)
Chapter 2 provides an overview of the Hanoi City Power Corporation. It surveys the current state of program and plan development, the operational structure, and the organization for implementing corporate culture – both visual and non-visual manifestations. The final chapter evaluates the results of implementation, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and underlying causes. Based on this, Chapter 3 presents proposals and solutions.
Chapter 3. Proposed Solutions for Improving the Implementation of Corporate Culture at Hanoi City Power Corporation
Based on the observations and assessments drawn at the end of Chapter 2, the author offers several suggestions to contribute to the organization and implementation of corporate culture: raising awareness of organizational culture; diversifying communication methods; developing criteria for individual evaluation and some criteria for departmental evaluation… Addressing some of the issues mentioned in the limitations and causes section at the end of Chapter 2.
11. Practical applications:
This thesis provides readers with an objective perspective and assessment of the role and responsibilities of corporate culture in organizations in general, and the implementation of corporate culture at EVNHANOI in particular. Furthermore, the proposed solutions serve as a basis for organizations to refer to when issuing appropriate internal regulations and rules to best implement corporate culture activities.
12. Future research directions:
Studies and surveys on the implementation of corporate culture at the Hanoi Electricity Corporation show that a positive corporate culture creates a friendly working environment, significantly impacting the company's image and business performance. This allows for the development and refinement of research on solutions to improve the operational efficiency of organizations and administrative reform; enabling officials, civil servants, and employees to improve themselves, maximize their potential, and encourage them to dedicate themselves wholeheartedly to their work, each understanding their responsibilities and voluntarily fulfilling their duties.

In this chapter, the author outlines the theoretical basis of main concept about Culture, organized culture , organizing Corporate culture's principles, as well as role of Corporate culture to an agency/organization.
Chapter 2. Current status of implementing corporate culture at Hanoi Power Corporation (EVNHANOI)
In Chapter 2, the author gives an overview of EVNHANOI. Survey on the actual situation of setting planned-programs, operational apparatus to organize implementationCorporate culture - Visual and non-visual expression. At the end of this chapter, evaluate the performance; advantages, limitations and causes in the organization and implementation of corporate culture. Then, solutions are offered in Chapter 3

From the above researches and surveys on the implementation of corporate culture at EVNHANOI, it shows that the role of a good corporate culture will create a friendly working environment, greatly affecting the company's image and business results. From there, developing and completing the orientation of research on solutions to improve the operational efficiency of agencies, organizations and administrative reform; making cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees improve themselves, promote their full capacity, encourage them to enthusiastically devote themselves to their work, clearly see their responsibilities and fulfill their voluntary tasks.
