Chapter 1: Theoretical and Legal Foundations of Workplace Culture
In Chapter 1, the author presented the theoretical and legal basis of workplace culture. Regarding the theoretical basis, the author introduced the concepts of culture, workplace, and workplace culture. From these concepts, the author also presented the manifestations of workplace culture. From a legal perspective, the author presented relevant regulations from the State and governing bodies concerning workplace culture. Along with the theories presented in Chapter 1, using research methods, the author assessed the current state of building and implementing workplace culture at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy (Vietnam National University, Hanoi).

From the disadvantages and causes presented, the author proposes several solutions for building and implementing workplace culture at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy: raising staff awareness, improving regulations and rules, fostering a professional work style, strengthening collective activities, and organizing monitoring and supervision of workplace culture implementation.
