Chapter 1: Theoretical and legal basis of Office Culture
In Chapter 1, the author presented the theoretical and legal basis of Office Culture. Regarding the theoretical basis, the author presented the concepts of culture, office and office culture. Regarding the legal aspect, the author presented the regulations of the State and the competent authority related to office culture. With the theories mentioned in Chapter 1, using research methods, the author assessed the current status of building and organizing the implementation of office culture at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy (Hanoi National University).
