This thesis, "Approaching the Two Films 'When the Child Is Home' (2017) by Vu Ngoc Dang and 'Hai Phuong' (2019) by Le Van Kiet from a Cultural Perspective," aims to understand and approach these two films from a cultural perspective. Specifically, it examines the movement and evolution of cultural aspects within the two films through the core issue of the depiction and representation of Southern Vietnamese cultural space, the relationship between people in their interactions with the community and with themselves, and the clash of cultural values ​​in people's spiritual lives.
