10. Summary of thesis results:
Most students plan to continue their studies at university, college, or vocational high school after graduating from high school. The current state of students' awareness of careers is at an average level, their awareness of the needs of the labor market does not yet reflect social reality, and their awareness of their outstanding psychological characteristics that are suitable for their careers still shows many limitations. The main source of career information that students seek is the mass media: the internet, television, radio, newspapers, etc. are the channels through which students learn about careers the most.
Some students do not know how to apply career selection skills when choosing a school that is suitable for the career they intend to choose. When choosing a major, most students are aware of choosing a major that is suitable for their abilities and interests. However, some students choose a major depending on the advice and wishes of their parents, and some others do not have a clear stance when choosing a major.
Xuan Dinh High School has had career guidance activities to educate, raise awareness as well as skills in choosing a career for students, which are career guidance activities: career guidance education in class, general vocational training, career guidance education through extracurricular activities, organizing career seminars. Although the school's career guidance activities are organized in a variety of ways, they are not really linked to the career orientation needs of students, so the effectiveness of the activities is not high.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
Most students have plans to continue in college, college, professional school after high school graduation. Situation awareness in students about career average, students' awareness of the needs of the labor market has not correctly reflect social reality, the students aware of the dominant psychological characteristics suit their own career reveals a more restrictive. Information mainly concerning vocational students find that the mass media: internet, television, radio, press ... the media that students often learn about the most jobs.
An unknown number of students applying skills career options when choosing the profession in accordance with the selected students. When choosing a field of study, the majority of students were aware selecting relevant discipline with ability, personal preferences, however, are a part of students choosing majors are women upon the advice, the desire of parents, others do not have a clear stance when choosing a major.
Xuan Dinh High School has activities to vocational education, awareness and skills, career options for students, such as vocational activities: vocational education in the classroom, vocational secondary , vocational education through extracurricular activities, organizing workshops for profession. The activities of the vocational education organizations although diverse but not really tied to the needs of career oriented students, so the efficiency of the operations is not high.
