10. Summary of thesis results:
The topic “Social security for the unemployed - Research in Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi city” was carried out in the context of increasing numbers of unemployed workers due to the impact of the global financial crisis on our country’s economy. Research on social policies for the unemployed aims to understand the current implementation of policies by authorities, and at the same time, delve into the lives of unemployed workers to propose solutions to enhance the role and effectiveness of social security for the unemployed.
The study shows that the implementation of social policies has contributed to supporting the unemployed to reduce financial difficulties and open up new opportunities for them to find a suitable job. Along with that, the research topic has also outlined a panoramic picture of the difficulties in life that the unemployed have to face. In addition, the study also discovered shortcomings in the implementation of policies and limitations in the thinking of the unemployed.
The results of the research process have shown the great contribution of social security policy to workers in the following aspects: financial support; health care support; vocational training support; and job referral.
The recommendations that the study puts forward are both theoretical and practical in order to promote the role of social policies for unemployed workers. In particular, it suggests a new approach and a new specialized research direction for the topic of Sociology of Policy.

Practical application:The study contributes to generalizing the current status of implementation and the current status of life of unemployed workers in Thanh Xuan district, one of the districts in Hanoi that effectively implements social policies for the unemployed. This is a lesson that can be applied to other localities in the context of our country's economy still facing many difficulties and the unemployment rate is increasing.

Based on the results obtained from this topic, I plan to conduct further research as follows:
Repeat study in the same area to gain deeper understanding of factors affecting the implementation of social security policies for the unemployed
Research on the life and job search opportunities of unemployed workers.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis
The thesis "The social security policy for the unemployed – Case studies in Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi City" is performed in the station, more and more workers are unemployed due to the economy of our country is affected from the global financial crisis. Research on social policy for unemployed people to find out about the status of the policy enforcement authorities, and insight into the lives of unemployed workers from which to make the measures to enhance the role and effectiveness of social protection for the unemployed.
Research shows that the implementation of social policies have contributed to the ventricular assist the less financial difficulties and open up new opportunities so that they can find a suitable job. In addition, research has also outlined a comprehensive picture of the difficulties in life that people face unemployment. Besides, the study also finds dangers in the process of policy implementation and the limitations of the thought of the unemployed.
Results of the study showed significant contribution of social security policy for employees in the following aspects: financial support; support for health care; training support; and job placement.
The researchers propose that give is both practical medium to promote the reasoning role of social policy for unemployed workers. In particular, suggest a new approach, a new direction for research specialized topics in Sociology Policy.
12.Practical applicability:
The study contributes to generalize the current state of enforcement and the current state of life of workers in the area of unemployed military Thanh Xuan, one of the districts in Hanoi performed better social policies solidarity with unemployed.
