The research has introduced concepts and theories applicable to the development of harm reduction support models for sex workers.
Simultaneously, the study highlighted the difficulties and needs of sex workers, as well as the need to develop a harm reduction support model for sex workers in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province.
The proposal to build a harm reduction support model for sex workers in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province, has provided a framework for building a model from which the Quang Ninh Provincial agency responsible for prostitution prevention and control can guide its harm reduction intervention and community reintegration activities for women engaged in sex work in Ha Long City.
11. Practical applications:
Currently, anti-prostitution efforts are shifting towards harm reduction activities; therefore, the self-help group model for sex workers can fully meet the practical needs.
12. Future research directions:
When the model is applied in practice, it will open up avenues for research to evaluate its effectiveness in reality, so that activities can be supplemented and the model can be replicated in other areas of Quang Ninh province as well as other provinces nationwide.

Research has taken the concept, theoretical application in construction work to support harm reduction model for sex workers.
At the same time research has shown the difficulties and needs of sex workers as well as the need to develop models to support harm reduction for sex workers in the area of Halong City, Quang Ninh Province.
