During the course of our research, we achieved the following results:

Firstly, provide an overview of the departments under the People's Committee of Vinh Phuc province and the composition, content, characteristics, and value of the archival documents of these departments.

Secondly, the study presents the theoretical basis for collecting archival documents, as well as the current state of document collection by the Departments into the Vinh Phuc Provincial Historical Archives, thereby evaluating the results and limitations of this work.

Thirdly, based on an assessment of the results and limitations, we propose solutions to improve the efficiency of document collection by the Departments into the Vinh Phuc Provincial Historical Archive.

The findings of this thesis will serve as a valuable reference for improving the quality and efficiency of document collection by departments and other units that submit documents to the Vinh Phuc Provincial Historical Archives, while also contributing to the preservation of the valuable archival materials.
