11. Summary of the thesis results:
During the course of my thesis, I achieved the following results:
Firstly, the thesis has contributed to clarifying the general theory of archival materials and documents, thereby helping to better organize and utilize archival materials in museums today.
Secondly, the study will analyze the organizational situation regarding the exploitation and use of archival materials and documents for exhibition activities in several museums such as the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, the Hanoi Museum, the Vietnam History Museum, and the Anthropology Museum; thereby drawing conclusions about the achievements as well as the limitations and shortcomings of these museums.
Thirdly, based on that, we propose some solutions to improve the effectiveness and quality of exhibition activities in museums in Hanoi in particular and museums nationwide in general.

The findings of this thesis will serve as a valuable reference and application for the organization and utilization of archival materials and documents in museums nationwide.

First, the thesis has contributed to the general theoretical clarification of materials, archival documents. from then, It helps for organizations and use archival documents better at the museum today.
Second, to analyze the situation clearly organized about material and archival documents exploited to serve for the activities of museums such as: the Museum of Ethnology, the museum of Ha Noi, Museum of Vietnamese History, Museum of Anthropology; From then, to draw comments on the achived results as well as the drawbacks and disadvantages of the museum.
Third, on that basic, to be proposed a number of solutions to be effective, raise the quality of the works on display at the museum in Hanoi in particular and museums throughout the country in general.

The results of the thesis will be a source of reference and applications for organizations to exploit the use of the material, the archives of museums across the country.
