The thesis focuses on researching the actual situation on skills for finding jobs after graduation of students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, on the basis of three aspects: awareness, attitude, action. The result of the research shows that the skills for finding jobs of the students who graduated from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities are at an average level. The thesis also points out some factors that affect the skills for finding jobs of the students and suggests some solutions for enhancing the skills for finding jobs of the students after graduation.

The research result of this thesis can be used as useful reference materials for leaders of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and students who are going to graduate from the university.

If we have more time and advantageous conditions, we will conduct a more extensive research and practical experiment to verify the skills for finding jobs of the students who graduated from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
