Based on the analysis and synthesis of collected documents, this thesis systematically presents Ho Chi Minh's thought on the development of Vietnamese society, expressed through many of his important points such as the goals of Vietnamese social development, the driving forces behind Vietnamese social development, and the conditions ensuring Vietnamese social development. From this, it demonstrates the profound value and significance of this system of thought for the Vietnamese revolution, both in the past and present.

This thesis contributes to providing a scientific basis for research and policy planning on social development in Vietnam. The research results of this thesis can also be used to serve research and teaching on issues related to Ho Chi Minh's philosophy.
