The thesis has highlighted the advantages and disadvantages in the exploitation and use of documents at the Da Nang City Historical Archive, specifically: The archive has only implemented three forms of document exploitation and use; the number of people accessing documents annually is not large, and the search and statistical tools are not diverse. Therefore, this has created difficulties in exploiting and promoting the value of archival documents.

- Results achieved:

The thesis has reflected the purpose of the topic, and from the practical survey, the author has arrived at feasible solutions to overcome the shortcomings of the Da Nang City Historical Archive in the exploitation and use of documents.

11. Practical applications:

The solutions we have developed through this thesis serve as a reference for practical application, contributing to improving the quality of document exploitation and utilization at the Da Nang City Historical Archives in particular and archival work in general throughout the entire sector.

The thesis focuses on advantages and disadvantages of exploiting and using data at Danang Historical Archive. For example, the Archive has just performed 3 forms of exploiting and using data. Every year, not many people visit the archive. Besides, there are not many search engines and data statistics as well. Thus, it makes a lot of difficulties in exploiting and proving the value of data.

The thesis reflects the aims of the study and offers the feasible solutions to overcome the disadvantages of Danang Historical Archive in exploitation and use of data.
