10. Summary of thesis results:
The thesis has studied the current situation of labor and employment structure of people in Hong Nam commune, Hung Yen city. The study contributes to building theoretical and practical basis for research on labor and employment in rural areas today.
Research on the current employment structure of people in Hong Nam commune, Hung Yen city shows that:
+ The majority of people in Hong Nam commune do agriculture.
+ There is a difference between male and female workers in Hong Nam commune.
+ The labor structure divided by industry is still different and not uniform.
+ The unemployment rate is relatively low.
In addition, the study found out the factors affecting the labor structure of Hong Nam commune: socio-economic changes; policies of the Party and the State and Hung Yen City; social policies and employment policies; factors related to individual workers such as age, gender, and education level. The research results showed that: the current occupation of workers is related to age and education level, the current occupation does not depend on the gender factor of workers.
11. Practical application:
The research results of the thesis can be applied to propose policies, mechanisms, necessary and sufficient conditions to accelerate the shift in labor structure of people in Hong Nam commune in particular and in rural Vietnam in general.

11. Summary of the result of the thesis:
Thesis has studied the current situation of labor structure of people in Hong Nam commune, Hung Yen city. The research is contributing to establishing a theoretical and practical basis for the research on labor, employment in rural areas nowadays.
The research shows:
+ Most of people in Hong Nam commune are famous;
+ There is a difference between male workers and female workers in Hong Nam commune;
+ Employment structure that be divided by sectors is difference and not synchronized;
+ The percentage of unemployed workers is small.
Besides that, the study has found factors which are affecting the structure of labor and employment of the people of Hong Nam. They are: the transformation of social and economic; The guidelines and policies of the Vietnamese Party, the Government of State and Hung Yen city; The social policy and The employment policy; elements belonging to individual employees as factors of age, sex, level of education. The study results show that the current occupation of workers concerns to factors of age and education level, current career regardless of the sex factor of the employess.

The results of research can be applied for prejudice: the policies, mechanisms; which are the necessary and sufficient conditions to accelerate the restructuring of labor and employment not only in Hong Nam but also in the Rural of Vietnam.
