The thesis also systematizes the guidelines, viewpoints, and policies of the Party and State of Vietnam towards ethnic minorities. The thesis provides information on the appearance of journalism for ethnic minorities in Vietnam across all types. At the same time, it deeply analyzes the advantages and disadvantages from a journalistic perspective of one of the 18 newspapers and magazines specifically for ethnic minorities according to Decision 975/QD-TTg - the 'Ethnic Groups and Development' magazine. Specifically, through field surveys and investigations into the needs, habits, and information reception capabilities of ethnic minority communities, the thesis analyzes and explains their observations and evaluations of publications specifically for them, thereby offering recommendations to improve the quality of these publications. 11. Journalists, especially those working in the field of journalism for ethnic minorities, can gain a better understanding of their audience.
