The research period was from 2000 to 2010 (a full 10 years), which was also the period of transition from multi-part/weekly newspapers to daily newspapers, with many improvements in content, personnel changes, and significant shifts in direction. Prior to this thesis, several theses had explored these three newspapers, but the topics were fragmented, lacking systematic approach, and often focused on only one specific aspect (e.g., long-running feature stories, the art of reporting on the 9/11 terrorist attacks, cover design, etc.). This thesis is the first comprehensive study of the information art and brand promotion of major daily newspapers. The thesis is conducted on the basis of: - Interviews with representatives of the editorial boards of the newspapers, including the content and design departments, as well as those involved in economics and event organization. - Interviews with several experts/long-time readers of the newspapers to obtain objective opinions and assessments. - Research through data and surveys on reader needs, sales figures, distribution effectiveness, and communication effectiveness through events organized by the newspapers… From this, the author derives methods for modernizing information, the art of journalism, and brand promotion of Thanh Nien, Tuoi Tre Ho Chi Minh City, and Tien Phong – pioneering newspapers in modern Vietnamese journalism for many years. 11. Practical application: The author hopes that this thesis will make a real contribution to theory and be applied in practice. This will be a useful reference for reporters, journalism students, managers, and institutions. 12. Future research directions: Lessons learned from dynamic and innovative newspapers like Thanh Nien and Tuoi Tre Ho Chi Minh City in the coming period will continue to be valuable knowledge for other newspapers. In addition, Tien Phong's process of overcoming difficulties and finding new directions is also a valuable lesson for overcoming crises in modern media life. 13.
