The thesis consists of 3 chapters with the following content:

- Chapter 1 presents the theoretical basis of training and training management under the credit-based system, as well as concepts and perspectives on higher education and training, and training under the credit-based system, as a basis for approaching and evaluating the current state of university training management under the credit-based system.

- Chapter 2 introduces three surveyed universities that share the common characteristic of being public universities in Hanoi offering undergraduate programs in economics, but with different management bodies. Through this, the study assesses the current state of undergraduate education management under the credit-based system, revealing clear differences among the surveyed universities. Based on the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and the Vietnam National University, Hanoi, the thesis evaluates the management of undergraduate education under the credit-based system and offers some observations on the management of undergraduate education under the credit-based system at the three universities:The University of Economics - Vietnam National University, Hanoi; the Banking Academy under the State Bank of Vietnam; and the National Economics University under the Ministry of Education and Training..

- Chapter 3 of the thesis presents some principles and solutions to improve the quality of university-level training management under the credit-based system.

The thesis consists of three chapters with the following contents :

- Chapter 1 presents a theoretical basis for training and training management under the

credit system, as well as the concepts, views on education and training of higher education and training under the credit system as a basis to access the assessment of the status of higher education management under the credit system.

- Chapter 2 introduces three surveys universities, which have similar characteristics including public universities in Hanoi training economic sectors, but under different management offices, which assess the status of management of university training under credit system. That indicates the difference between those surveying universities. On the basis of the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and Hanoi National University, the thesis apreciates university training management under the credit system and gives some comments on university training management under the credit system at three surveyed universities, including the University of Economics University – Hanoi National university, Banking Academy under the State Bank of Vietnam, University of National Economy under the Ministry of Education and Training.

- Chapter 3: The thesis presents some principles of solutions in order to enhance the quality of university training management under the credit system.
