Summary of the results of the thesis: First of all, the thesis studies the art of wordplay of Vietnamese people in a general way (concepts, nature), the author of the thesis draws out the relationship between language - thinking - logic, as a philosophical basis for the study. Second, on that basis, the thesis uses the art of wordplay as a tool, a means of research to clarify logical issues in it through the use of some operations of classical logic (concepts, judgments, inferences, logical rules) and non-classical logic (mainly modal logic, focusing on modal judgments and inferences).
