Based on an examination of the current state of cooking oil consumption among Hanoi households, this study analyzes and evaluates the trends and habits of cooking oil consumption in particular, and food consumption in general, among urban residents.
The study also examines the factors influencing the consumption behavior and choices of urban residents, based on a consumption approach that focuses on direct household consumption of cooking oil in daily life.
