11. Summary of the thesis results:
Research findings on the current level of awareness among Border Guard Academy cadets regarding the profession of Border Guard officer show that Border Guard Academy cadets have a fairly deep understanding of their chosen profession; however, there is an unevenness in awareness between first-year and fourth-year cadets.
This study proposes several solutions to enhance the awareness of Border Guard Academy cadets regarding the profession of Border Guard officer.
12. Practical applications:
The survey showed that trainees have a fairly clear understanding of the characteristics and values ​​of the Border Guard Officer profession. Fourth-year trainees have a deeper and more accurate understanding than first-year trainees.
The career awareness of students at the Border Guard Academy is influenced by both individual and socio-psychological factors. Among these, factors such as learning interest; the learning and training process at the school; the teaching methods of instructors; and learning conditions have a very strong impact.
The findings of this thesis will serve as a useful reference for leaders and relevant agencies within the academy to pay close attention to all aspects of the students' lives. It will also enable them to implement appropriate management and educational measures to enhance the professional awareness of the Border Guard Academy students.

The results of study on current awareness of cadets at Border Guard Academy about Border Officer Career indicate that cadets at Border Guard Academy have a profound understanding on their selected career. However, there is no uniformity in the perception of the first-year and fourth-year cadets.
The thesis proposes some solutions to enhance awareness of cadets at Border Guard Academy about Border Officer Career.

Survey has revealed that cadets have good perception of characteristics, values ​​of Border Officer Career. The fourth-year cadets have a deeper understanding than the first-year ones.
The awareness of cadets at Border Guard Academy about their career is affected by both individual and social psychological factors in which such factors of academic interest; learning and training process at the Academy; teaching methods of teachers and learning conditions have a stronger impact.
The results of the thesis will be a useful reference for all levels of leadership and authority at the Academy in order to pay more attention to all aspects of cadet life as well as to have appropriate management and educational measures to enhance career awareness for cadets at Border Guard Academy.
