Summary of the thesis results:
This section introduces the author Zhu Xi and briefly outlines his views on Rituals. It provides an overview of the political, economic, cultural, social, religious, and academic context of the Southern Song Dynasty, thus laying the groundwork for the creation of the work *Family Rituals*. A brief overview of the work's reception and development throughout history is also presented.
Introduction to the content and structure of the book.
This study examines some of Zhu Xi's views on etiquette as expressed in his work, *Family Rites*, including: the work's target audience; regulations concerning clan law; and issues of restoring tradition and following custom.
Transcription, translation, and commentary of the work "Family Rites"
Practical applications: Zhu Xi's *Family Rites* is a book that has had a significant influence on the system of family rituals from its inception to the present day. Introducing and providing a Vietnamese translation of this book will provide a necessary reference for those studying family rituals in general and Vietnamese family rituals in particular.
Further research directions: Family rituals in Vietnam and other countries influenced by Chinese Confucianism.
