-Systematized theoretical basis on the quality of tourism human resources and the quality of tour guides.

• By using observation, in-depth interviews, questionnaires... and using data processing tools: SPSS, Excel... to study and evaluate the current status of tourism activities and tour guiding activities at typical tourist destinations in Ninh Binh province today.

• Criteria have been set out to evaluate the quality of tour guide services and the quality of tour guide staff at Ninh Binh sites, on that basis, solutions have been proposed to improve the quality of tour guide staff at sites, in order to improve the quality of tourism human resources, contributing to improving the quality of tourism products.

• Find out the limitations, contribute to improving the quality of human resources of tour guides at the site, improve exploitation efficiency and satisfy tourists to develop business activities at tourist sites,Contribute to the development of tourism in Ninh Binh province in the coming period, becoming a tourist center of the country and the region.

• The study also provided orientations and recommendations, with the hope of contributing to the development of Ninh Binh tourism in the coming period.
