10. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis systematizes several fundamental theoretical issues regarding the messaging about international joint training programs at the university level in online newspapers. It presents concepts related to the scope and field of research, including: "Message," "International Joint Training Program," and "Online Newspaper." Through these concepts and a synthesis of articles related to international joint training programs at the university level, the thesis assesses the current state of messaging about these programs from four perspectives: the Party's guidelines and the State's policies; the role and value of international joint training programs at the university level; the profile of students and parents choosing international joint training programs at the university level; and the activities and events of international joint training programs at the university level.
Based on the analysis and assessment of the current situation, this thesis identifies issues in conveying messages about joint undergraduate programs with foreign universities through online newspapers, such as messages containing PR and advertising elements; vague information about the State's policies on this issue in the press; and limited access and exploitation of information. From this, several solutions are proposed to improve the quality of messages about joint undergraduate programs with foreign universities in online newspapers, including: diversifying article topics and exploring various aspects of the activities of joint undergraduate programs with foreign universities; diversifying the format of messages about joint undergraduate programs with foreign universities; utilizing and promoting the multimedia and interactive capabilities of online newspapers; and conducting surveys to understand reader needs.
11. Practical applications:
Improve the quality and effectiveness of messaging about international university-level joint training programs on online newspapers so that information about the programs reaches a wider audience, making the public aware of a high-quality training model with the ultimate goal of improving the quality of human resources and contributing to the development of the country.
12. Future research directions:
Based on the issues explored and researched through surveys, analyses, and assessments of the current state of messaging about joint undergraduate programs with foreign countries on online newspapers, further research will be conducted on developing a communication plan for joint undergraduate programs with foreign countries in the press in general.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis: The thesis has systematized some basic theoretical issues regarding the message of foreign-linked training programs at the undergraduate level. It presents concepts related to the scope and field of study of the topic, including the concepts of "Message," "Foreign-linked Training Programs," and "Online Newspapers." Through these concepts, along with synthesizing related articles to foreign-linked undergraduate programs, the thesis evaluates the current state of messages about these programs based on four issues: the Party's guidelines and State policies; the role and value of foreign-linked undergraduate programs; the profile of students and parents choosing these programs; and the activities and events of these programs.
From the analysis and evaluation of the current situation, the thesis identifies issues in conveying messages about foreign-linked undergraduate programs on online newspapers, such as messages still having elements of PR and advertising; information on the Party's guidelines and State policies regarding this issue being unclear in the media; and the approach and exploitation of information being limited. Based on this, the thesis proposes several solutions to improve the quality of messages about foreign-linked undergraduate programs on online newspapers, including diversifying article topics, exploring various aspects of the activities of these programs; diversifying the forms of messages about foreign-linked undergraduate programs; utilize and promote the multimedia and interactive nature of online newspapers; and conducting surveys to understand readers' needs.

Enhancing the quality and effectiveness of messages about foreign-linked undergraduate training programs on online newspapers to ensure that information about these programs reaches a wider audience, making the public aware of a high-quality form of education.
