The thesis has systematized some basic theoretical issues about the Message on joint training programs with foreign countries at the university level in the electronic newspaper, in which it presents concepts related to the scope and research field of the topic including the concepts: "Message", "Joint training program with foreign countries", "Electronic newspaper". Through the concepts, along with the synthesis of articles related to joint training programs with foreign countries at the university level, the thesis evaluates the current status of messages on joint training programs with foreign countries at the university level, viewed under the following 4 issues: the Party's policies, the State's policies; the role and value of joint training programs with foreign countries at the university level; the portrait of students and parents choosing joint training programs with foreign countries at the university level; activities and events of joint training programs with foreign countries at the university level.
From the analysis and assessment of the current situation, the thesis raises issues in conveying messages about the joint training program with foreign universities on electronic newspapers such as messages still contain PR and advertising elements; information about the State's policies on this issue on the press is still vague; the perspective of accessing and exploiting information is still limited. From there, it proposes a number of solutions to improve the quality of messages about the joint training program with foreign universities on electronic newspapers, including: Diversifying the topics of articles, exploiting many different aspects in the activities of the joint training program with foreign universities; diversifying the form of messages about the joint training program with foreign universities; utilizing and promoting the multimedia and interactivity of electronic newspapers and conducting surveys to grasp the needs of readers.
