The thesis has selectively systematized the theoretical framework of state management of tourism.

This thesis analyzed and evaluated the current state of state management of tourism in Hanoi's Old Quarter from 1999 to the present.

The thesis proposed several solutions and recommendations to improve state management of tourism in Hanoi's Old Quarter.

11. Practical applications:

This thesis has put forward several specific and highly feasible suggestions aimed at overcoming the most prominent and obvious limitations in the current state management of tourism in Hanoi's Old Quarter.

12. Future research directions:

This study examines the application of product and service quality management tools in tourism administration within Hanoi's Old Quarter.

Research on the restoration of traditional craft streets in Hanoi's Old Quarter.
