Luận văn đã hệ thống một cách có chọn lọc về lý luận công tác quản lý nhà nước về du lịch.
Luận văn đã phân tích và đánh giá thực trạng công tác quản lý nhà nước về du lịch trên địa bàn phố cổ Hà Nội từ 1999 đến nay.
Luận văn đã đề xuất một số giải pháp, kiến nghị để hoàn thiện công tác quản lý nhà nước về du lịch tại phố cổ Hà Nội.
