- Proposing some directions and solutions for exploiting the culinary culture of the Mekong Delta in tourism development.

Based on the directions and solutions presented in this study, and applied to the current context of the Mekong Delta, strategies can be developed to further promote tourism in the region and fully utilize the culinary values ​​in the development of tourism in the Mekong Delta.

12. Future research directions:

In-depth research into the culinary culture of the Mekong Delta will lead to the development of investment projects and the organization of culinary cultural events and festivals for the region, aiming to further promote the advantages of its culinary culture in the development of tourism.
