During the implementation period, our thesis achieved the following results:

The first, an overview of the development history, organizational structure, functions, tasks, composition, volume and significance of police professional archives currently kept at the Police Professional Records Department;

Monday, presenting research results on the scientific organization of police professional archives at the Department;

Tuesday, we evaluate the advantages and limitations of each stage of archiving operations. At the same time, we come to identify the causes of those advantages and limitations and from there propose solutions to promote the advantages, overcome the limitations to contribute to improving the scientific organization of documents at the Police Professional Records Department.

11. Practical application:

The solutions we propose to apply to the practical work of organizing scientific documents of the Police Professional Records Department are aimed at further improving the efficiency and quality of professional work of the Department in particular and the Professional Records units in the entire force in general.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

During the process of thesis implementation, our thesis has achieved the following results:

Firstly, the thesis generalizes the development history, organizational structure, roles, functions, responsibilities and components, contents and values ​​of the police specialized documents and the real situation of the storage of the documents at the Department of Police Archives;

Secondly,the thesis focuses on the findings of the organization of police specialized documents at the Department of Police Archives;

Third,the thesis evaluates the strengths and weaknesses of each stage in the archive process. At the same time, we analyze the causes of those strengths and weaknesses and propose solutions to exploit the strengths and overcome the weaknesses so as to improve the organization of police specialized documents at the Department of Police Archives.
