During the course of our research, we achieved the following results:

The firstThis provides an overview of the history of development, organizational structure, functions and tasks, and the composition, volume, and significance of the police professional archives currently held at the Police Professional Records Department.

MondayPresenting the research results on the scientific organization of police professional archival documents at the Department;

TuesdayWe evaluated the strengths and weaknesses of each stage of the archiving process. Simultaneously, we identified the causes of these strengths and weaknesses and proposed solutions to enhance the strengths and overcome the weaknesses, thereby contributing to improved scientific document organization at the Police Records Department.

11. Practical applications:

The solutions we propose for practical application in the organization of scientific documentation at the Police Records Department aim to further enhance the efficiency and quality of professional work of the Department in particular and records units throughout the entire force in general.

During the process of thesis implementation, our thesis has achieved the following results:

Secondly,the thesis focuses on the findings of the organization of police specialized documents at the Department of Police Archives;
