10. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis focuses on clarifying theoretical issues regarding the effectiveness of district-level People's Committees' management, the requirements for enhancing the role of People's Committees in economic management during the current period of reform in Vietnam, and identifying the dialectical relationship between them. It initially proposes and explains some directions and solutions to improve the effectiveness of People's Committees' management in the field of economic restructuring in Phuc Tho district.
11. Practical applications:
The research findings of this thesis will serve as a basis for improving the management efficiency of district-level People's Committees in our country today, in order to serve the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country in a modern direction.
The research findings of this thesis can serve as a reference for studying solutions to further enhance the management role of the District People's Committee.
