Human resources are the most important component of the productive forces, determining the strength of each nation. Improving the quality of human resources means improving in all aspects: health, education level, skills, industrial work ethic, professional ethics, and discipline in complying with the law. The fundamental issue here is to increase the proportion of trained workers to ensure a rational labor structure and the best possible labor quality. Through in-depth research into the current state of human resources and vocational education and training in Vietnam, this thesis proposes several solutions aimed at effectively addressing the issue of vocational training development for the cause of industrialization and modernization in Vietnam, promoting sustainable socio-economic development.

Human resources are one of the most important elements of productive forces, which decides the power of each nation. Improving the quality of human resources is enhanced in all aspects: health, intellectual standards, professional skills, industrial behavior, professional ethics, and discipline of law enforcement. The fundamental problem is to increase the proportion of well-trained labors to ensure the optimal labor structure and the best quality of them. After doing some in-depth studies about human resources and vocational training in Vietnam nowadays in this thesis, it presents some effective solutions to deal with the vocational training development with the industrialization and modernization of our country, which promotes the stable development of our socio-economy.
