Research on the phenomenon of “succinct summary” – a way of receiving Chinese Confucian classics in Vietnam, and also the self-interpretation of Confucian classics by Vietnamese Confucian scholars – in the case of Bui Huy Bich’s Tinh Ly Tiet Yeu. The forms of “succinct summary” in Tinh Ly Tiet Yeu, the retained and omitted parts of Tinh Ly Dai Toan in Tinh Ly Tiet Yeu.
12. Practical applicability: The thesis contributes to the study of academic exchange, the exchange and reception of Confucian books and classics during the feudal period between Vietnam and China.
