10. Summary of thesis results:
a, Based on the need to exploit and use archival documents along with the forms of exploitation and use organization currently being applied in Vietnam, the topic analyzes the necessity of building a virtual reading room model as a new form of exploitation and use organization, contributing to the development and modernization of archival work.
b, The topic clarifies the research basis for building virtual reading rooms, including theoretical basis, technical basis and legal basis. These research bases play an important role, creating the premise for implementing the construction of virtual reading rooms. In addition, the experiences of building virtual reading rooms of some developed countries in the world are also mentioned to support the construction of a form of organization for exploiting and using archival documents that has never been implemented in Vietnam.
c, The topic focuses on designing a virtual reading room simulation to serve the exploitation and use of archival documents and presents it through images and explanations. In particular, the structure of the reading room is introduced, including the archival document database, document management software... The topic also provides instructions on how to use the reading room, creating favorable conditions for the exploitation and use of documents effectively.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
a, Based on the demand of utilization of archival records and the methods of supplying archival records which are applied in Vietnam at present, the thesis analyzes the necessity of designing a model of virtual reading room which contributes to the development and modernization of archival works in general.
b, The thesis also concentrates on the research base of designing virtual reading room including theory, technology and legal foundation. These foundations play an essential role in being premises to design virtual reading room. Moreover, we gathered experiences of designing virtual reading room in several countries developed over the world. It is so important because allowing to access digitalized archival records via Internet has not been implemented in Vietnam.
c, The thesis has a high emphasis on designing the model of virtual reading room presented by images and descriptions. In addition, the structure is introduced with database of archival records, records management softwares... The thesis also makes a mention of the usage of virtual reading room which will facilitate virtual readers.
11. Practical applicability:
The findings of thesis have practical applicability in utilization of archival records, especially for historical archive organizations of Vietnam. (the archive organization in large scale)

Keep researching other angles of virtual reading room such as the criteria of evaluation of quality, the copyright of archival records, especially in Internet environment...
