11. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis systematically presents the process by which the Party Committee of Quoc Oai District (Ha Tay Province) applied the Party's viewpoints and guidelines to lead the development of agricultural economy from 1996 to 2008.
Based on the practical experience of the Party Committee of Quoc Oai district in leading the development of agricultural economy during the years 1996-2008, this thesis objectively assesses the achievements and limitations and initially draws some lessons for the present.
12. Practical applications:
The lessons learned from practical guidance provide suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the Quoc Oai District Party Committee's leadership in developing agricultural economy in accordance with the Party's guidelines.
Furthermore, this thesis can be used as a reference for research, teaching, and learning the history of local Party organizations.
13. Future research directions:
Continuing the in-depth study of the process by which the Party Committee of Quoc Oai district has led the development of agricultural economy from 1996 to the present.

The thesis presented orderly the process through which QuocOai district's Communist Party (Ha Tay) applied view points, policies of the Party to lead the agricultural economic development from 1996 to 2008.
In practice of the leadership of QuocOai district's Communist Party for the agricultural economic development from 1996 to 2008, the thesis evaluated in an objective manner the achievements and anticipation, and drew out some lessons to overcome at present.

Experience drawn from practical direction can be suggestions to improve the effectiveness of leadership of QuocOai district's Communist Party in the agricultural economic development under the party policy.
