- By studying the process of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee's leadership in industrial economic development, this thesis has identified several lessons learned that contribute to improving the effectiveness of the Provincial Party Committee's leadership in the coming years.

- Achievement of the Party of Thanh Hoa province in developing industry economic from 1996 to 2013: the awareness about the role of industry in economic structure; developing industry to be suitable with conditions of province; the industry is contributing more and more to the economic structure, making an important contribution to the province's fulfillment of its socio-economic objectives.
