10. Summary of thesis results:

The sustainable development of an enterprise must first of all be based on its own capacity, which is endogenous capacity. In the current period, science and technology are considered the center and driving force of development, so improving endogenous capacity in science and technology plays a very important role for the country and enterprises. However, with the current resources and scale of enterprises, scientific activities are not given much attention. Therefore, the thesis focuses on improving endogenous capacity in technology through a case study of Advanced International Joint Stock Company, from which to propose solutions to improve endogenous capacity in technology.

From the analysis of the internal capacity at the micro level corresponding to enterprises in Chapter I, the analysis, evaluation and practical research on enhancing this capacity in some countries: Japan, Korea, China to recognize the development trend of science and technology in the world through different stages to learn and apply in Vietnam. These countries also have steps to enhance the internal capacity of science and technology through importing technology and proceeding with the steps of "following", "breaking the way", "paving the way", learning from the experiences of importing technology from advanced countries, researching and developing it so that it becomes their own technology.

Analyzing the situation of using imported technology in Vietnam to give an overview of the state of domestic technology: too outdated, slow to innovate and develop. Through studying the current situation of using technology in Vietnamese enterprises and studying the case of developing imported technology at Tien Bo International Joint Stock Company - AIC, I realized that, although with strong financial potential and a large team of science and technology human resources, the focus on investing resources in developing imported technology at enterprises is not much. However, with only limited resources, the development of imported technology at this enterprise has brought great economic efficiency, lower product costs, and technology more suitable to the environmental and climatic conditions in Vietnam (through typical activities: producing incinerator shells in Vietnam to replace the import of this product from Japan). Therefore, in the current period, the development of imported technology is very necessary and important for enterprises to enhance their own endogenous technological capacity.

With the limited resources of current enterprises, in order to develop and innovate existing technology, enterprises need to have a strategy and proceed step by step. However, in the scope of this topic, I prove the research hypothesis that: the solution to enhance the endogenous capacity of science and technology of enterprises is through the development of imported technology. In the scope of development, I mention: Developing technology in breadth or popularizing technology (quantitative development): expanding technology, duplicating technology to have more quantity à Developing technology in depth (Developing technology quality) to create new technology or make old technology become more functional, the product of technology has better quality by fundamentally changing the existing technology à Gradually perfecting the endogenous capacity of science and technology of our country's enterprises today, best meeting the requirements of socio-economic development, industrialization and modernization of the country.

11. Practical applicability: Developing imported technology is a premise for technological innovation and enhancing the endogenous capacity of science and technology of the country in general and enterprises in particular.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

First of all, the sustainable development of an enterprise, is necessary based on its own capabilities of the platform, which is now called endogenous capacity. In the current period, science & technology seems to be focused and motivated for developing. Therefore, improving endogenous capacity in science & technology plays an important role for the country in general and enterprise in particular. However, with the current resources and scale of enterprises, no attention has not been part to the scientific technology activities being focused less. So the thesis focus on Improving endogenous capacity in technology through study case of Advanced International Joint Stock Company, in order to, make recommendations solutions to Improved endogenous capacity in technology.

From analyzing the contents of endogenous capacity in microcosmic corresponding to enterprise in Chapter I, analysing, evaluating and make a practical research for enhancing this capacity in some countries: Japan, Korea, China to identify developing trends of science & technology through importing technology and conduct according to the steps “Following”, “Clearing the way”, “Paving the way”, learning experiences from the import of technology from advanced countries, research and develop it so that it becomes the technology of their own countries.

Analysis the use of imported technology in Vietnam to provide an over view of the state of the domestic industry: too outdated, slow innovation and development. Through

Research on the use of the imported technology in Vietnam and in the specific case study on the development of imported technology in AIC, We hold the view that, no attention has been part to development of technology in AIC althought AIC has the strength of financial resources and HR in science & technology. However, with this limited resources, activities of imported technology development in business have brought huge economic benefits with lower cost products, technologies better suited to the climatic conditions of environmental in Vietnam (through typical activities such as production casing incinerators in Vietnam replacement for the importation of products from Japan). Therefore, in the current period, developing the imported technology is necessary and important for enterprises to strengthen the endogenous capacity of their own technology.

With the limited resources of the current enterprises, to develop and innovate existing technology, enterprise needs to have strategies and carry out step by step. However, the scope of topic which I want to demonstrate hypothesis is: the solution for enhancing endogenous capacity of science & technology of enterprise is through importing technology development. In the scope of development I'm referring to: Extensive Development of Technology (developed in quantity): expanding technology, cloning technology to have more numbers -> Intensive Development of Technology (Development of quality technology) to create new technology or old technology with better features, products of technology have better quality by taking into account fundamental changes in the technology has -> gradually improving endogenous capacity in science & technology enterprise in our country today, best meet the requirements of socio-economic development, industrialization and modernization of the country.
