Based on theoretical research and practical surveys, the thesis has proposed some feasible solutions to develop reading culture for students at the University of Commerce such as: innovating university education methods, enhancing and improving the quality of information resources, developing types of library information products and services, improving the capacity and quality of library information staff, etc.
