Specifically, the thesis has solved the basic theoretical problems of information user service activities in information - library activities; Researched the current situation, provided comments and assessments on the current situation of information user service activities at the Information Center - Library of the University of Commerce; From there, proposed feasible solutions to improve the quality of information user service at the Information Center - Library including: Strengthening information resources, diversifying service forms, enhancing information services, investing in modern facilities and equipment, improving the quality of library products, organizing document warehouses reasonably, improving the qualifications of library staff and training information users.

Therefrom, propose some feasible solutions to improve the quality of Information user service at Information-Library center, including strengthening information resources, deversify the forms of service, enhance the information services, facilities investment, modern equipment, improve quality of library products, organize collections, improve Library staff qualifications and train information users.
