Specifically, the thesis has resolved the fundamental theoretical issues of information user service activities in information and library services; researched the current situation and provided observations and assessments of the information user service activities at the Information and Library Center of the University of Commerce; and proposed feasible solutions to improve the quality of information user service at the Information and Library Center, including: strengthening information resources, diversifying service forms, enhancing information services, investing in modern facilities and equipment, improving the quality of library products, organizing the document collection rationally, improving the skills of library staff, and training information users.

The results of the thesis has initially resolved the purpose and the task has set. specifically, the thesis resolves the basic problems of the work serving the user of active information – library; The reality research presents some remarks and assessments on the status of Information users activities at Information-Library center in University of Commerce. Therefrom, propose some feasible solutions to improve the quality of Information user service at Information-Library center, including strengthening information resources, deversify the forms of service, enhance the information services, facilities investment, modern equipment, improve quality of library products, organize collections, improve Library staff qualifications and train information users.
