The thesis's initial results have addressed the set objectives. Specifically, the thesis has resolved the fundamental theoretical issues of information user service activities in information and library services; researched the current situation and provided observations and assessments of the information user service activities at the Information and Library Center of the University of Commerce; and proposed feasible solutions to improve the quality of information user service at the Information and Library Center, including: strengthening information resources, diversifying service forms, enhancing information services, investing in modern facilities and equipment, improving the quality of library products, organizing the document collection rationally, improving the skills of library staff, and training information users.

- Contributing to the refinement of the theory regarding activities serving information users.

- The solutions, if implemented, will improve the quality and efficiency of information services for users at the Library, contributing to the improvement of teaching, learning, and scientific research quality at the University of Commerce.

Therefrom, propose some feasible solutions to improve the quality of Information user service at Information-Library center, including strengthening information resources, deversify the forms of service, enhance the information services, facilities investment, modern equipment, improve quality of library products, organize collections, improve Library staff qualifications and train information users.
