10. Summary of the thesis results:

During the course of my thesis, I achieved the following results:

Firstly, the research examines theoretical issues related to the topic, such as: the system of conceptual tools, including the concept of organization and operation of library information; and investigates and analyzes the factors affecting and influencing the organization and operation of the Customs Research Institute.

Secondly, the study assesses the current state of organization and operation of information and documentation at the Customs Research Institute; thereby drawing conclusions about the achievements as well as the limitations and shortcomings of the Institute.

Thirdly, propose solutions to improve the organization and enhance the operational efficiency of the Customs Research Institute.

11. Practical applications:

This contributes to the refinement of the theory of information and documentation organization and operation, and affirms the significance and importance of information and documentation organization and operation for the Customs Research Institute.

The research results contribute to accurately identifying the current state of organization and information-documentation activities at the Customs Research Institute. It identifies the causes and proposes effective solutions to quickly restore, stabilize, and develop the Customs Research Institute's library.

First, Study theorized problems involving many fields such as: system of tool definitions: definition of organization and library information activities. Investigating, analyzing the reasons which affect the organization and library information activities of Customs Research institute.

Second, Estimate the realistic organization and activities of districts' libraries network in Customs Research institute; From then, to draw comments on the achived results as well as the drawbacks and disadvantages of the Customs Research institute.

Third, Do the research and recommend proper solutions for organizing and improving the activities Customs Research institute.

Partly enhance the arguments of organizations mission and library information activities and affirm meanings, importance of organization mission and activities in Customs Research institute. Find out the reasons and offer effective solutions in order to rebuild, balance and develop the Library of Customs Research institute
