- During the period 2001-2013, Russia-China relations consistently held a significant position in the diplomatic strategies of both countries. The achievements of Russia-China relations during this time were all strategic in nature. Cooperation between the two countries will be one of the pillars of a new world order.

- From the reality of Russia-China relations during the period (2001-2013), the following lessons can be drawn for international relations: Firstly, the development of cooperative relations can only occur when both countries do not interfere in each other's internal affairs and respect each other's choices. Secondly, it is necessary to align mutual interests in developing relations, and to strive to support and assist each other in protecting key interests. Thirdly, mutual trust needs to be strengthened at all levels, including people-to-people diplomacy.

- The development of the strategic partnership between Russia and China is having and will continue to have a significant impact on Vietnam. Vietnam must leverage the positive aspects of this relationship to cooperate with both Russia and China, while simultaneously fighting to protect its legitimate national interests.

- How Russia-China relations will develop in the future remains an open question. All current research and assessments of this relationship are merely predictions. The accuracy of these predictions depends on various unknown factors; therefore, this will continue to be a subject requiring further research by scientists in the coming years.
