- In Chapter 1 of the thesis, the author clarified the theoretical and practical basis of the working class and the cause of promoting industrialization and modernization: An overview of the working class in general and the context, characteristics, and role of the workforce in Nam Dinh in particular during the period of promoting industrialization and modernization.

- In Chapter 2 of the thesis, the author studied the current situation of the workforce in Nam Dinh province and proposed specific, feasible solutions for developing the workforce in Nam Dinh province during the period of accelerated industrialization and modernization of the country: solutions in economic, political, and social aspects... Thereby contributing to building a workforce in Nam Dinh that is developed in all aspects, and together with workers nationwide, plays a pioneering role in the cause of industrialization and modernization.

11. Practical applications:

- This thesis contributes to providing a scientific basis for Party committees and local authorities in leading and managing the workforce and promoting its role in the period of accelerated industrialization and modernization.

- This thesis can be used as a reference document for research and teaching related political theory topics at the political school and training institutions in Nam Dinh province.

10. Abstract of the thesis:

- In chapter 1 of the thesis: The writer explained the theoretical and realistic basis of working class in the period of speeding up industrialization an modernization. This chapter makes known of working class in general and in context, the features and the roles of Nam Dinh worker staff in particular.

- In chapter 2 of the thesis: The writer gave some findings about real situation and solutions including economy, politics and society to develop Nam Dinh worker staff to adapt with industrialization and modernization progress. From there, it helps Nam Dinh worker staff develop comprehensively and keep the prerequisite role in promoting industrialization and modernization together with the whole country's worker satff.

11. Ability in practical applications: The thesis will be a scientific basis for executive committee of party hierarchy and local authorities in leading and management process and proving worker's role in industrialization and modernization.

It is hoped that the thesis wil be a useful reference for studying and teaching in political schools and educational centers in Nam Dinh province.
