The thesis focuses on, studies and clarifies Ho Chi Minh's viewpoint on international solidarity and the process of applying this viewpoint by the Communist Party of Vietnam in the resistance war against the US to save the country. The thesis highlights the achievements in the process of the Communist Party of Vietnam applying Ho Chi Minh's viewpoint during the resistance war against the US, and at the same time points out some lessons learned in the application process. From there, it proposes some recommendations to overcome the limitations to continue implementing international solidarity in the current period.

This thesis also highlights achievements of the Communist Party and points out experiential lessons in applying Ho Chi Minh's viewpoints during the anti-American resistance war. From these results, it is useful to propose some petitions to make good the concerns which contribute to international union nowasday
