In chapter 1, the author has summarized and clarified the following contents:
Theoretical basis of office activities and standardization of office activities, including concepts of office, office activities, standardization of office activities; legal basis, content, purpose, principles, responsibilities and measures to implement standardization of office activities.
These are important contents, which serve as the theoretical basis for the thesis, and at the same time are the premise for the author to study the current situation and apply the theory of standardizing office activities in office management through a survey of office activities at the Central Institute of Malaria - Parasitology - Entomology in Chapter 2.
Chapter 2. Current status of standardizing office activities at the Central Institute of Malaria - Parasitology - Entomology.

Based on the theory and reality of standardizing office activities, in chapter 3, the author proposes a number of solutions to improve the effectiveness of standardizing office activities at the Central Institute of Malaria - Parasitology - Entomology such as: Raising awareness of officials and civil servants about standardizing activitiesoffice; review standardized office activities, propose adjustments, supplements or new issuances; guide the development and issuance of Regulations, Rules and Regulations; improve organizational measures when applying standardization in office activities. In addition, the thesis also provides support solutions to complete standardization, overcome and improve inconsistencies after the implementation process to help improve the effectiveness of standardizing office activities at the Central Institute of Malaria - Parasitology - Entomology.

In Chapter 1, the author generalizes and clarifies some of the following contents:

These are important contents, serving as a theoretical basis for the thesis, and at the same time a premise for the author to study the current situation and apply the theory of standardizing office operations in office administration through survey of office activities at the National Institute of Malariology, Parasitology and Entomology in Chapter 2.
Chapter 2. The standardizing situation of office operations at the National Institute of Malariology, Parasitology, Entomology.
In this chapter, the author introduces an overview of the National Institute of Malariology, Parasitology and Entomology and the office apparatus of the Institute; On the basis of the theory of standardization of office operations, the author conducted a survey and analysis of the current situation of standardization of office operations at the National Institute of Malariology, Parasitology and Entomology, including: the awareness and opinion of leaders on standardizing office operations; the factors effective to standardization of office operations; contents and measures to standardize office operations at the National Institute of Malariology, Parasitology and Entomology.

On the basis of the theory and reality of standardizing office operations, in chapter 3, the author proposes some solutions to improve the efficiency of standardization of office operations at the National Institute of Malariology, Parasitology and Entomology such as: Raising awareness among officials about standardizing office operations; review standardized office operations, propose adjustments, supplements or new issue; guide the formulation and promulgation of regulations, rules and regulations; improve organizational measures when applying standardization in office activities. In addition, the thesis also offers supporting solutions to improve the standardization, overcome and improve the nonconformity after the implementation process to help improve the efficiency of standardization of office activities at the National Institute of Malariology, Parasitology and Entomology.
