Although the organization of food safety management in traditional markets has been implemented at all levels as prescribed by the State, it has not yet achieved maximum efficiency. The reasons affecting the ineffectiveness of food safety management in traditional markets are: (1) legal documents (the overlap of food safety management responsibilities between ministries is shown in relevant legal documents); (2) the organization and investment in means for management (the assignment of subjects to perform management; means of management); (3) the person performing management (awareness, professional capacity, etc.); (4) business people, consumers (age, gender, education level, awareness, attitude, etc.); (5) the relationship between food business people and the person performing management.
