- Communication about the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) is a new research topic, surveyed on online newspapers - a new form of journalism that has been and is experiencing strong development.
- This thesis conducts a survey of information on the 4.0 revolution across three online newspapers: VnExpress, VietnamPlus, and Science & Development over a one-year period (2017); conducts in-depth interviews with leaders of online newspapers, reporters, and those in charge of information on the 4.0 revolution; and interviews a number of readers. From these interviews, initial assessments of the information dissemination work on the 4.0 revolution are made, along with identifying the successes, limitations, and causes of these successes and limitations of online newspapers in their communication activities regarding the 4.0 revolution.
- Based on the results of sociological surveys and investigations, this thesis proposes solutions to improve the effectiveness of communication about the 4.0 revolution on online newspapers, focusing on solutions related to policy mechanisms and human resource training for information activities on the 4.0 revolution. The thesis also presents communication solutions about the 4.0 revolution for online newspapers and recommendations for the three surveyed online newspapers.

- Communication about the industrial revolution 4.0 (revolution 4.0) is a new research topic, surveyed in electronic newspapers - a new type of press which has been recently developing strongly.
- The thesis collected information on rrevolution 4.0 on three electronic newspapers: VnExpress, VietnamPlus, Science Development for one year (2017); Conducted in-depth interviews with leaders of online newspapers, reporters on the revolution about 4.0; Interviewed a number of readers, therefore, the initial evaluation of the information revolution 4.0, and pointed out the success, limitations, causes of success, limitations of electronic newspapers in communication activities on the 4.0 revolution.
