After conducting research, surveys, analyses, and practical assessments of..."Promoting Ninh Binh tourism from the perspective of local and national press"The author of the thesis presents the following results:

* With 330 news articles about Ninh Binh tourism across the 4 surveyed media outlets (Ninh Binh print and online newspapers, Tourism print and online newspapers, Vietnam News Agency's News online newspaper, and Vnexpress online newspaper), it can be seen that this number is still small compared to the public's need for information about Ninh Binh tourism. The frequency of news articles in central newspapers is much lower than in Ninh Binh newspapers. However, public opinion suggests that central newspapers are more effective in promoting Ninh Binh tourism.

* Among the tourism promotion content for Ninh Binh in the surveyed central and local newspapers, content about natural beauty, culture, and cuisine was the most successful. A regrettable limitation is that newspapers have not yet fully utilized the advantages of multimedia and public interaction in their electronic versions. Only Vnexpress has shown innovation and is considered more successful than the other three surveyed media outlets in terms of public interaction; many articles about Ninh Binh tourism have received numerous comments and feedback from readers, some reaching hundreds of comments. It is also the only newspaper with videos to convey information about Ninh Binh tourism. This success of Vnexpress is highly commendable. Other newspapers, especially the three media outlets surveyed, should take more "breakthrough" steps to catch up and achieve greater effectiveness in promoting Ninh Binh tourism, as well as other information, to the public.

* The public has commented on Ninh Binh's tourism promotion activities in central and local media. The press remains a leading and effective channel for promoting tourism in Ninh Binh. The press is an indispensable option for obtaining tourism information in Ninh Binh province. This is a reason for Ninh Binh province to continue cooperating more deeply with the press to bring the province's tourism image to even more people.

*Central and local newspapers have had certain advantages in promoting Ninh Binh tourism in recent times. However, many difficulties and shortcomings remain. The most prominent difficulty is still accessing information from the relevant authorities managing Ninh Binh tourism. To enhance the effectiveness of promoting Ninh Binh tourism in central and local media, a comprehensive solution is needed from Ninh Binh province and media agencies.

For Ninh Binh province, the key issue is adequately addressing the provision of information to central and local press agencies.

For central and local media outlets, it's crucial to research public demand for information on Ninh Binh tourism. Simply publishing many articles doesn't guarantee high effectiveness. The key is that the information is accurate and meets the needs of the readers. This requires certain funding, which may not be easy for media organizations. However, there are many ways to achieve this within the capabilities of media organizations, such as surveying reader opinions after each article about Ninh Binh tourism. Knowing what information the public wants will save newspapers and reporters time and effort. More importantly, the effectiveness of promotion will be higher because it directly addresses public needs.

After studying, analyzing and evaluating the subject of "Promoting tourism in Ninh Binh from the angle of view of local newspapers and the central press", the author of the thesis gives the following results:

* With the number of 330 news articles about Ninh Binh tourism on 4 news agencies investigating (Ninh Binh printed newspapers and electronic newspapers, travel printed newspapers and e-newspaper, Vietnam News Agency e-newspaper, Vnexpress e-newspaper), it can be seen that this number is still less than the needs of information about tourism in Ninh Binh public. Comparing the frequency of news articles, that of the central government is much less than that of Ninh Binh. However, according to public's opinion, the central newspapers are more effective when promoting tourism in Ninh Binh.

In the content of tourism information about Ninh Binh on the central and local newspapers surveyed, the content of natural beauty and culture, culinary is more successful than others. One drawback is that the newspapers have not taken full advantage of multimedia and interacting with the public in the electronic version. The only indicator that Vnexpress has innovated and is considered more successful than the three press agencies surveyed is that it interacts with the public, many articles on Ninh Binh tourism have many comments, feedback from readers. Many articles have up to hundreds of comments. This is also the only newspaper which has videos to convey information about Ninh Binh tourism. That success of Vnexpress is very commendable. Other newspapers, especially the three media agencies surveyed, should take more "breakthrough" steps to catch up and be more effective in promoting Ninh Binh tourism as well as other information to the public.

* The public has evaluated the tourism promotion activities on Ninh Binh newspapers in the central and local. Newspaper is still a leading and effective tourism promotion channel for Ninh Binh. The press channel is an indispensable choice to learn about tourism information in Ninh Binh province. That is one reason in the order that Ninh Binh province will continue to cooperate more closely with the press to bring the tourism image of the province to more people.

* The central and local newspapers have had certain advantages in promoting tourism in Ninh Binh over time. However, there are still many difficulties and inadequacies. The most difficult is the aspect of accessing information from the authorities who are responsible for tourism Ninh Binh. In in-depth interviews, most of the central journalists and Ninh Binh newspaper specializing in ones in tourism confirmed this. This is a notable thing for the state management agencies involved in tourism in Ninh Binh province.

* In order to improve the effectiveness of promoting Ninh Binh tourism in the central and local press, it is necessary to have the total solution from Ninh Binh province and press agencies. For Ninh Binh province, solving satisfactorily the issue of providing information to the central and local press agencies is a problem in concern.

For central and local press agencies, it is necessary to study the public needs of Ninh Binh tourism information. Posting many articles is unlikely to be highly effective. It is important for the information to be hit and true to the needs of the readers. This requires some funding, which may not be easy for the press. However, there are many ways to do this in the capacity of the press, for example survey of readers after each article on tourism Ninh Binh.
