- Through research, the thesis has initially clarified the basic theories on the people's right to self-governance, and the people's right to self-governance in the process of national industrialization. - Using abundant factual data, the thesis has surveyed and clarified the situation of the implementation of the people's right to self-governance by the Party Committee of Ha Tinh Province during the period of accelerated industrialization and modernization of the country. The thesis has presented in detail the process of implementing the people's right to self-governance by the Party Committee of the province, and pointed out the shortcomings and limitations in the implementation of the people's right to self-governance. Based on that, the thesis has proposed some directions and solutions for the Party Committee of the province in implementing the people's right to self-governance.
