10. Summary of the thesis results: Through a survey of 300 responses from the entertainment section of Vnexpress newspaper, we found that:

Online newspapers in general and vnexpress in particular are one of the communication channels that help connect the community together. Feedback is a necessary and appropriate form of interaction in today's modern life.

Praise and criticism are examined in detail from the following perspectives: structure, semantics and pragmatics. From there, it is possible to evaluate the choice of language and communication strategies used by readers.
