Online newspapers in general, and VnExpress in particular, are one of the communication channels that help connect communities. Feedback is a necessary and appropriate form of interaction in modern life.

Praise and criticism are examined specifically from structural, semantic, and pragmatic perspectives. This allows for an assessment of the language choices and communication strategies employed by the reader.
