The thesis "Information technology-oriented policy in computerizing the health insurance system (Research in Hai Duong province)" has built a theoretical basis for policies, information technology-oriented policies that the Vietnamese Government has issued with the goal of computerizing health insurance activities; Provide legal documents of ministries, departments, and branches from the central government and Hai Duong province; Analyze the achievements and limitations in this policy and in the application of information technology in the computerization of the health insurance system in Hai Duong province in the past; Show the causes of those limitations. On that basis, the article gives recommendations and solutions to improve the effectiveness of information technology-oriented policies in the field of health insurance, recommendations for central leaders and local leaders, specifically provincial leaders and relevant departments and branches in Hai Duong province.
