Through research "Vietnam-Thailand Relations from a Liberal Perspective (2006-2015)We can clearly see the role of non-state actors, and the interrelationships between these actors are changing the face of international relations. Furthermore, the interaction in economic and political spheres brings about a harmonization of interests, leading to a trend of cooperation replacing conflict. Liberalism makes many concrete contributions to security, cooperation, and peace through various measures to promote cooperation, ensure security, and contribute to peace, stability, and the common prosperity of the region and the world.

According to the joint statements from the third Vietnam-Thailand cabinet meeting, the Vietnam-Thailand diplomatic relationship will increasingly demonstrate the role of liberalism, with approaches to resolving common issues, interdependent cooperation, conflict reduction, and fair competition in accordance with international law. As seen from the researchThe relations between Vietnam and Thailand in terms of liberalism(2006-2015)we can clearly see that the role of non-state actors and interrelation among these actors can change the international relations. In addition, politics and economic interactions have brought about the agreement on shared interests leading to the cooperation trend instead of conflict one. Liberalism has offered great contributions to security, cooperation and peace in a specific way with many measures to boost the cooperation, ensure security and maintain peace and stability as well as the common prosperity of the region in particular and the world in general.
